Apex Legends players on PC and PlayStation consoles (PS5, PS4, etc) say the game crashes a lot after a recent S22 Split 2 update.
Many players have commented about this problem on Reddit and social media.
The crashes happen randomly, breaking the game and upset many players. No one knows why this happens yet, but some people think it could be because of new stuff in the update.

One player suggested taking off skins, banners, and other items from the last event. This helped some players crash less often, but it is not the real solution to the issue.
Respawn Entertainment, the team that created Apex Legends, admits there are crashing issues on PlayStation. They said they are working on a way to fix it. No one knows when the fix will come out yet. Still, the developer promised to share news with players soon.
