Several Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 players are reporting issues receiving their level 20 rewards. The issue seems to be affecting players across all platforms, with PlayStation, Xbox, and PC users all experiencing the problem.
Players have tried several troubleshooting methods to fix the issue. This includes restarting their games, restoring licenses, and even restarting their device. However, these workarounds do not seem to resolve everyone’s problem.
Some players on Reddit have suggested checking the operator Westpoint, as the skins may still be available there, even if you’re stuck at level 14250. However, this does not seem to be a universal fix, and many players are still unable to unlock their rewards.

On the progression page, you’ll notice that I haven’t hit level 20. My EXP is stuck where it’s at and refuses to rise anymore, no matter how many games I play. Level 20 unlocks are not available to me.
