Samsung’s next-generation flip phone-styled foldable smartphone, Galaxy Z Flip 4, will go official on August 10th alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 4. We have already seen a render of the Galaxy Z Flip 4 that doesn’t appear to be much of a difference in looks from the Galaxy Z Flip 3. The render shows the Galaxy Z Flip 4 in Grey, Purple, Gold and Light Blue.
For the past couple of months, we have heard rumours about Galaxy Z Flip 4. Now we will discuss its pricing and memory configuration in detail.
Ahead of the Galaxy Z Flip 4 launch in the European market, a European retailer has listed the device. As per the listing, the Galaxy Z Flip 4 128GB variant will be priced at €1080, while the 256GB model will cost €1158. There is also a 512GB model that will cost €1275.
Yes, these are not standard pricing tags. Can we expect €1079 for 128GB and €1159 for 256GB, and €1279 for 512GB?
For comparison, Galaxy Z Flip 4 launched with a price tag of €1049 for the 128GB model and €1099 for the 256GB model.
|Storage||Z Flip3 Price||Z Flip4 Price (*Unofficial)|
|128GB||€1049||€1079 (+€30 increased)|
|256GB||€1099||€1159 (+€60 increased)|
The Galaxy Z Flip 4 is said to be powered by Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 SoC. It will pack a 6.7-inch 120Hz OLED panel and a 2.1-inch external display.
It may pack a 3700mAh battery with 25W charging. So we could see an increase of 400mAh compared to the Z Flip 3. Charging speeds will also be increased to 25W from 15W.
We could see a dual rear camera setup of a 12MP unit (primary and ultrawide) and a 10MP selfie shooter.
