iOS 16 will be announced by the Apple at WWDC 2022 event. However, the stable iOS 16 Update may start rolling out in September 2022. Whenever a new iOS version is released, we face several bugs. We might face several problems in the iOS 16 beta version too. What are the possible common problems? We will talk about these issues and their fixes.

iOS 16 Problems

Possible iOS 16 Problems

  1. Rapid Battery Drain.
  2. Bluetooth Not Working.
  3. Wi-Fi Not Working.
  4. App Crashing Issue.
  5. Touchscreen Unresponsive.

The same type of bugs and issues seen on iOS 15 might appear on iOS 16 as well.

1. iOS 16 Rapid Battery Drain

The battery drain issue may appear on all iOS versions for a long time. If you use many optimisation Apps, it will drain your battery very fast. When Apple updated iOS 15, many users faced a rapid battery draining issue. This issue is a big problem for many users. But Apple fixed this battery drain issue on update version 15.4.1. So, in the beta version, the battery drain issue on iOS 16 may not get fixed by Apple.

So, if you face the battery drain issue, there are some settings you can change. Uninstall the background apps if you are not using them. Turn off the background App Location services and Refresh settings because these apps are very power-hungry.

2. iOS 16 Bluetooth Not Working

Bluetooth connectivity issue is also expected when the iOS 16 is updated. This issue also appeared on iOS 15, but Apple fixed it later. When you try to connect with another device via Bluetooth, Bluetooth gets disconnected, and you can’t connect.

So, you can fix this issue by following this.

  • Turn on and then turn off the Wi-Fi connection.
  • Now, try to reconnect the Wi-Fi, and on the right, click on the “i” icon and click on “Forget This Network”.
  • Open the Settings and click on General and then Transfer or Reset iPhone.
  • Next, click on the Reset and then Reset Network Settings.

3. iOS 16 Wi-Fi Not Working

For every new iOS version, the Wi-Fi issue has been a common issue. So, we may also face a Wi-Fi connection issue on iOS 16. But this Wi-Fi problem can be resolved by following these steps.

  • Turn on and then turn off the Wi-Fi connection.
  • Now, try to reconnect the Wi-Fi, and on the right, click on the “i” icon and click on “Forget This Network”.
  • Open the Settings, click on General, and then click Transfer or Reset iPhone.
  • Next, click on the Reset and then Reset Network Settings.

4. iOS 16 App Crashing Issue

You might face app crashes at launch or sometimes while in use. You can fix this iOS 16 app crashing problem by updating the latest version of the app. You can also try to uninstall and then reinstall the Apps. By doing this, your issue can be fixed.

5. iOS 16 Touchscreen Unresponsive

If your screen has become unresponsive after updating to a new iOS 16, it could be the worst nightmare for any smartphone user. But you can fix this issue, so don’t worry. If your Apps are updated, and the problem persists, you can try to restart your iPhone. So, follow our given below steps for the force restart of your iPhone.

  • Suppose you have an iPhone 8 or later iPhone, then press and release the volume button. Now, press and quickly release the volume down button. Press and hold the volume down button until you see the Apple logo appear and then release.
  • Suppose you have iPhone 7 or 7 Plus, press and hold the volume up and volume down buttons simultaneously. When you see the Apple logo on display, then release the button.

That’s it, and these were the only common issues when the iOS 15 beta version came out. So, this issue may also occur in iOS 16. We will add all iOS 16 Problems (Users Reported) after the official announcement.
