Exclusive: Helio G80 chipset powered Samsung Galaxy A13 is on the way (Update: Support Page Live Now)

A few weeks ago, Samsung’s one of the most affordable handsets, the Galaxy A13 4G, was launched in India. Now, the company plans to launch a new variant of the Samsung Galaxy A13 with the model number SM-A137F.

As per MySmartPrice, the new variant of the Galaxy A13 has already been listed on a certification site, hinting at another model launching soon. The new device carries the model number SM-A137F. It means it’s a new version of the Galaxy A13, as we already have a Galaxy A13 4G model SM-A135F.

Update June 3: Samsung Galaxy A13 4G (New Variant) support page goes live on the company’s Levant website with the model number SM-A137F.

Earlier, we had no idea how the upcoming model would differ from the previous A13 4G. Today, we managed to get exclusive information regarding the upcoming Galaxy A13. The main difference between the two A13 handsets is the processor. Yes, you heard it right; we have already seen the Galaxy 4G model with an Exynos 850 SoC. Now, MediaTek Helio G80 chipset-powered Galaxy A13 4G is on the way.

The rest of the specs and its design will remain the same as the old A13 (SM-A135F). So, it will be called Galaxy A13 (as it is just a processor variant) instead of the rumored Galaxy A13s.
