TheHunter: Call of the Wild Players Frustrated with 3D Audio Issues

A lot of people playing theHunter: Call of the Wild are unhappy with problems related to the game’s 3D audio system. This issue confuses them because they can’t figure out where animal sounds really come from.

In a recent post on Reddit, a user called Throwawayaccountie8h expressed frustration after spending hundreds of hours in the game. They said sounds seem to come from the wrong direction. Sometimes, an animal noise sounds like it’s ahead, but the animal is actually beside or even behind.

Other players quickly shared the same thoughts. A player named BrittEklandsStuntBum mentioned that problems with a sound system called Dolby Atmos were once on the game’s official problem list but seem to have been removed.

Another player, GreenMan165, said they have to spin circles to find out where sounds are really coming from. Emma_Lemma_108 also shared that this issue has lasted for a long time.

In a hunting game like theHunter, sound plays a big role because players use it to track animals. If the sound isn’t right, hunting becomes harder and not fun.

Some people are still hoping developers will fix the problem soon, but right now, everyone is trying to deal with it on their own.
